§ 1. Service Provider
Operated as a private entity by Maksym Nenashev (Rzeszów, Poland) under unregistered activity (Art. 5 Entrepreneurs' Law).
§ 2. User Generated Content
FindWay provides free listing search for lost property, pets, and missing persons. False information and illegal fundraising are strictly prohibited.
§ 3. No Human Biometrics
The service does NOT perform facial recognition or human biometric processing (Art. 9 GDPR). Media processing applies only to property and pets.
§ 4. Hosting Provider Status (DSA)
Operates as a Hosting Provider under the Digital Services Act (DSA). Notice and Action procedure applies (contacts: maksym@nenashev.net).
§ 5. Governing Law & RODO/GDPR
Governed by Polish law. The Polish version is legally binding. Users retain full rights under GDPR.
